Staff:

Patti-O’Neill Esposito CPA (owner) handles all our month end accounting, sales tax reporting, licensing with the Division of Hotels and Motels, over sees our website and writes our monthly News Letter that is emailed to over 3000 people in our data base.

Sal Esposito (owner) is in charge of marketing and advertising. He designs our cards, signs and marketing materials. Consults on all our projects and keeps the minutes, also  provides IT support when needed to   staff.

Rita Oben licensed real estate broker lists the properties for rents, handles all guest inquiries and rentals, oversees the maintenance on the properties and manages the cleaning of all the properties. She also photographs and writes the descriptions for our websites. Rita has 20+ years as a rental manager on Fort Myers Beach raging from an assistant book keeper to Managing Broker.  During this time she has had over 500 properties under her management.
